This is actually ridiculous and Microsoft rewards is actually such a scam like I have been waiting ages and it says there's still an issue with my account or order. I refreshed the page and then it said my order is on its way but then in the order history it doesn't give me a code and it says it's declined. I have repeatedly done this and it just does the same for all of them. You actually have to fix this issue not only for me but for everyone else as this is such an inconvenience and its so frustrating.
